We will add your subdivision as a FREE delivery option to our delivery section of checkout.

We will send you information that you can share with your HOA, or directly with your neighbors, to help your neighborhood reach the order minimum to qualify ($75 for Northland, $150 for KC metro - within 30 miles of Barry Rd & 169).

Submit orders by Nov. 19 (we'll let you know once your subdivision has been added to the web site). We'll hold your order on our calendar, but wait to request payment until we receive the minimum in orders for your neighborhood. Once we reach the free delivery order minimum for your neighborhood, we will reach out to collect payment and finalize all orders for your neighborhood. If the order minimum isn't reached by EOD Nov. 19 we will contact you to see if you'd like to proceed with the delivery fee for your area or schedule pick up.
